High School: Haley is a 2020 graduate of St. Cloud Apollo High School where she competed in volleyball for four years and track and field for three. She earned four varsity letters in track and was named the team's field MVP in 2018 and 2019. In volleyball she was awarded the heart and hustle award in 2019. Joos also competed for the Granite City and St. Cloud Soar club volleyball programs. Her proudest moment was getting fifth place in a very challenging competition during sections.
Personal: Haley is the daughter of Nicole and James Joos. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, working out, and playing Spikeball. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she is able to continue the sport shes loves and improve as a player. She plans to major in sociology.
