Emily Koch-Season-Career Results 

2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets, recording two top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 800, running a time of 2:37.51 ... set a career-best in the mile with a time of 6:18.38 at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet, earning 6th place … set a career-best in the 800 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic with a time of 2:37.42. 

High School: A 2023 graduate of Rogers High School, Koch participated in softball for three years and track and field for two years. She earned a varsity letter in track in 2022 and 2023, and in softball she received the Gold Glove Award in 2018. The proudest moment of her high school career was when she set a new personal best in the 300m hurdles during her senior year. 

Personal: The daughter of Ashley and Erich Koch, Emily enjoys running, going on walks, hanging out with friends, watching the sunset, and enjoying time outside. She is an exercise major at CSB. Emily likes being a collegiate student-athlete because everyone in her sport loves it as much as she does. She also loves the team's atmosphere and work ethic, and the way they support each other constantly.
