Biography

2022: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the steeplechase and with the 4x800 relay team ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the sixth-place relay team and finished 10th in the steeple ... ran a career-best steeple time of 12:19.01 at Tommie Twilight ... recorded four individual top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the third-place DMR at the conference meet ... also took 24th in the 3K ... finished top-three twice.

2021: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 3,000 steeplechase and with the 4x800 relay team ... finished 13th in the steeplechase in a career-best time of 12:38.92 ... also took eighth with the relay team ... recorded three top-10 individual finishes ... INDOOR: recorded four individual top-five finishes, including a win in the 800 on Feb. 28 against Concordia.

High School: Elise is a 2020 graduate of Monticello High School where she ran cross country for six years and competed in track and field for five years.She earned all-conference honors each year from 2015-19 and academic all-state honors in 2017. Her proudest moment was experiencing a state meet and being able to race with her team throughout her six years. 

Personal: Elise is the daughter of Monica and Shawn Yeager and she has one sister, Alexa. In her free time she likes to run. Elise likes being a collegiate student-athlete because you get to experience different training and get to meet new people. She is majoring in math with an education minor.
