2021: OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets ... ran a career-best 5K time of 21:36.33 on May 5 ... ran a career-best 1,500 time of 5:48.27 on April 30 ... ran a career-best 3K time of 12:37.05 on April 17 ... recorded three top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: competed in one meet ... took 13th in the mile.

2020: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: competed in five meets as a sophomore ... ran career-best 3K and mile times ... finished in the top 10 twice.

2019: OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets as a first year ... finished eighth in the 5K at the Manitou Classic ... INDOOR: competed in four meets ... took ninth in the 3K at the CSB/SJU Alumnae Meet.

High School: Iversen is a 2018 graduate of Xavier High School and calls Cedar Rapids, Minn., home. In high school she participated in cross country for three years and track for two years. She was a cross country team captain in 2017 and a cross country all-academic individual that same year. The proudest moment of her career was being team captain her senior year in cross country.

Personal: Claire is the daughter of Pete and Molly Iversen and she has two siblings, Brian and Joe. Her cousin, Althea Gutzmann, is also currently attending and running cross country at CSB/SJU. Her interests are drawing, painting, and music. She looks forward to continuing her love of running with a team at her side. She plans to major in art education and also competes on the CSB cross country team.
