2015: OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Outdoor Championships in the long jump, 100 and 200 and was part of the 400 relay team ... took ninth in the long jump ... recorded a career-best mark of 5.14 meters in the long jump, ranked eighth in the MIAC ... INDOOR ...  earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as part of the 800 relay team that finished third ... also qualified in the 60, 200 and long jump ... finished 11th in the 60 ... ran a career-best 8.24 seconds in the 60 as a senior ... finished the year ranked seventh in the MIAC in the long jump (5.10).

2014: OUTDOOR  ... Academic All-MIAC ... ran a career-best 26.54 in the 200m ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the long jump and 200 ... took seventh in the long jump and just missed All-MIAC honors ... INDOOR ... ran a season-best 8.40 in the 60m.

2013: Sophomore season … OUTDOOR … All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 4x100-meter with a third place finish in  49.74 ... qualified individually in the 100, 200 and long jump … INDOOR … Academic All-MIAC … All-MIAC Honorable Mention after a fifth place finish in the 4x200-meter with a 1:46.75 ... qualified individually in the long jump, 200 and 400 ... finished 12th in the 200.

2012: First season ... OUTDOOR ... ran a career-best 1:01.33 in the 400 ... qualified for the MIAC in the 200 and 400 ... took third in the long jump with a mark of 4.85 meters at the Dick Young Classic ... INDOOR ... ran a career-best 8.14 meters in the 55-meter dash ... finished in the top 10 four times.
 
High School: A 2011 graduate of Jordan High School, Fricke participated in basketball (two years) and track and field (six years).  She was five-time varsity letter recipient in track, sprint MVP, breakout MVP, and team captain her junior and senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Dave and Vicki Fricke, her and her family reside in Prior Lake, Minn.  She enjoys singing, watching The Office, church activities, and reading.  At CSB|SJU, Fricke is majoring in dietetics.
