High School: A 2013 graduate of Brainerd High School, Bosobud participated in nordic skiing for five years, track and field for four years and cross country for three years. She was a team captain as a senior and earned All-Conference honors her sophomore and senior years. She participated in the state meet as a sophomore, was given the Warrior Award as a junior and earned Academic All-State as a senior. Kosobud earned All-Conference honors in track her freshman through senior seasons, and qualified for the state meet all four years. She set three school records, and earned Academic All-State honors as a junior and senior. She also earned All-Conference in skiing for four years and praticipated in the state meet her sophomore through senior seasons. Kosobud earned Academic All-State as a senior, and was the nordic ski team MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior.
Personal: Kosobud is the daughter of Kathy and Kevin Kosobud of Lake Shore, Minn. She has one brother, Grant, and enjoys running, skiing, playing games and spending time with friends. Kosobud, who also runs on the CSB cross country team, is a biology/pre-med major at CSB|SJU.
