2020: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: did not compete due to injury.

2019: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 5K and 1,500 ... took ninth in the 1,500 and 15th in the 5K ... finished third in the 5K at the Gustavus meet ... finished in the top five three times ... INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking fifth in the mile at the MIAC Championships ... also took ninth in the 3,000-meter run ... won the 3,000 at the CSB/SJU Alumnae Meet and took second at the Wartburg Invite.

High School: Goff is a 2018 graduate of Lewis & Clark High School where she participated in both track and cross country. She and her team won the 2017 state cross country title, and she qualified as an individual three times. She also qualified for state two years in track and field. She earned all-league cross country in 2016 and all-league second team in 2015 and 2017, and was named academic all-state three times in cross country.

Personal: Goff is the daughter of Heidi Heller and Jim Goff, and she enjoys skiing and hiking in her free time. She is majoring in French and political science at CSB/SJU.
