2019-20: Competed in eight meets in her senior season ... wrapped up her career with a career-best time in the 200 IM at the Minnesota Challenge ... recorded three top-five finishes, including two fourth-place finishes in the 200 breaststroke and 200 IM in a dual against Gustavus.

2018-19: Competed in four meets during the spring semester after studying abroad in the fall ... took third in the 100 breaststroke at the Hamline dual and again at the UST Conference Invite ... finished the year with eight top-10 finishes.

2017-18: Named the team's Most Improved at the end of the season ... named the MIAC Athlete of the Week after recording the first three wins of her career and eight lifetime-best times ... competed in nine meets as a sophomore ... recorded seven career-best times, including the third-best 100 IM time in CSB history ... won three events at the Conference Invite. 

2016-17: Competed in nine meets as a first year ... finished the year with nine top-10 finishes ... swam three season-best times at the Minnesota Challenge.

High School: Dugas is a 2016 graduate of Park Center Senior High School, where she participated in swimming for six years. Dugas was voted the Hardest Worker in 2012 and 2014. She received all-conference honorable mention honors from 2012-2015. In 2013, Dugas was the team’s MVP. She was the captain in 2015.
 
Personal: Sydney is the daughter of Kris and Dan. She has one brother, Derek, and one sister, Makenna. In her free time, Sydney enjoys listening to music and being a part of the stage crew. She is a theology major with minors in psychology and pastoral ministry.
