2021-22: Competed in four meets as a junior after studying abroad in the fall semester ... recorded six top-10 finishes.

2020-21: Competed in four meets as a sophomore in a COVID-shortened season ... swam career-best times in the 100 and 200 fly and 200 IM at the St. Kate's Quad ... recorded three top-five finishes and a handful of top-10 finishes.

2019-20: Competed in eight meets as a first year ... swam career-bests in the 100 and 200 fly and 200 IM to wrap up the season at the Minnesota Challenge ... recorded 13 top-10 finishes, including top-10 finishes in the 100 and 200 fly at the Minnesota Challenge.

High School: Mary is a 2019 graduate of Litchfield High School where she participated in swimming and hockey for four years and softball and golf for two. She earned academic all-conference honors all four years in both swimming and hockey, and twice in both softball and golf. She was named the school’s Female Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2019, and won the Triple A Award in 2018-19 and the Excel Award in 2017-18.
 
Personal: Mary is the daughter of Jennifer and Nick Ridgeway, and she is a biology major with a chemistry minor at CSB/SJU. She enjoys exploring with her friends, and enjoys being a student-athlete because it helps her manager her time, and because she loves her teammates. Her sister, Emma, is a 2018 CSB grad and also competed on the swim and dive team.
