2023-24: Competed in three meets, recording four top-eight finishes ... took 5th place in both the 1000 Y Free (12:53.95) and the 200 Y Breast (3:22.68) at the CSB vs Macalester vs SJU meet ... finished the 1000 Y Free in 4th place with a season-best time of 12:39.88 at the STO vs SJU CSB meet ... took 8th place in the 1000 Y Free (13:01.93) and set a career-best in the 200 Y Breast (3:17.25) at the St. Kate's/CSB/SJU/UWEC meet. 

2022-23: Competed in nine meets, recording eleven top-8 finishes ... competed in the MIAC Championships, setting a career-best in the 1650 Y Free (19:41.84) and swimming in the 200 Y Free (2:11.24), the 500 Y Free (5:49.14), and the 1000 Y Free (11:56.38) ... took 4th place in the 500 Y Free (5:56.37) at the CSB vs Saint Cloud Meet ... finished in 8th place in the 100 Y Free (1:05.96) and 5th place in the 1000 Y Free (12:09.82) at the Macalester vs SJU vs CSB meet ... recorded a pair of 4th place finishes in the 500 Y Free (5:57.30) and the 1000 Y Free (12:18.14) at the CSB vs STO vs SJU meet ... took 4th place in the 500 Y Free (6:02.68) at the SJU/CSB Invite ... recorded a 4th place finish in the 1650 Y Free (20:33.79) at the Gustavus Invitational ... finished in 8th place in the 100 Y Free (1:06.31) and the 200 Y Free (2:17.89) and 7th place in the 50 Y Breast (42.25) at the SJU Invitational ... set a career-best in the 50 Y Breast (41.55) and took 4th place in the 1000 Y Free (12:16.29) at the CSB vs Gustavus meet. 

High School: Ahlquist is a 2022 graduate from Osseo Senior High School. While in school, she swam for six seasons and played lacrosse for five seasons. Her awards for swimming include, being named Team Captain (2021) and All-Conference Honorable Mention (2021). She was also named Lacrosse Team Captain (2022). The proudest moment of her career so far was being named both Swimming and Lacrosse Team Captain.

Personal: Maddy is the daughter of Lisa and Travis Ahlquist. She enjoys swimming in her free time and is looking forward to being a student-athlete at CSB. She is majoring in Exercise Science.
