2019-20: Qualified for the MIAC Championships on the one-meter board and finished 19th ... recorded a career-best mark on the one-meter board (six dives) at the St. Kate's Pentathlon and in the one-meter (11-dive) competition in a dual against Gustavus ... recorded four top-five finishes.

2018-19: Qualified for the MIAC Championships on the one-meter board ... finished 11th with a career-best score of 323.65 ... finished top-10 on the one-meter board in every meet she competed in but one ... took second at the Hamline dual.

2017-18: Qualified for the 2018 MIAC Championships in the 1M and 3M diving competitions ... finished 13th in 1M and 15th in 3M ... recorded the sixth-best 3-meter (6 dive) score and ninth-best 1-meter (6 dive) score in CSB history as a first year ... recorded a season-best second-place finish against Hamline in the 3M dive. 

High School: Pahr is a 2017 graduate of Andover High School, where she competed in four years of track and field and two years of swim and dive. She received an all-conference honorable mention and an Academic All-American in 2016. Her proudest moment is being voted captain and Diver of the Year by her teammates and coaches.

Personal: Lisa is the daughter of Dan and Patti Pahr. She has one sister, Ellen, and one brother, John. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, biking, reading, and baking. She loves that being a collegiate student-athlete allows her to stay active and be a part of a team. She plans to major in nursing while at CSB/SJU.
