Josey Jackson-Season-Career Results 

2023-24: Competed in ten meets, recording sixteen top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Championships in the 50 Y Fly (29.27), the 100 Y Fly (1:03.54), the 200 Y Fly (2:25.21), and the 200 Y IM (2:24.39) ... set a career best in the 200 Y Free (2:07.06), the 200 Y Fly (2:23.12), and the 200 Y IM (2:21.68) at the Rochester Invitational … recorded a career-best in the 500 Y Free with a time of 5:51.54 at the Gustie Challenge. 

High School: Jackson is a 2023 graduate from Mandan High School. While at school, she was a part of the swim team for six years and the track & field team for one year. She also participated in the Mandan Marlins Swim Club. Her accomplishments include taking fifth place at the State Meet in the 100 fly (2021), swimming WDA All-Conference (2021 and 2022), being named Team Captain (2021 and 2022), and receiving the Hardest Worker Award (2020). The proudest moment of her career was being named Team Captain two years in a row. 

Personal: Josey is the daughter of Tanya and Thomas Jackson; she has two siblings, Lynnea, and Tenleigh Jackson. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and reading. While at CSB she is majoring in Data Science. What Josey enjoys most about being a collegiate student-athlete is having the opportunity to keep on pursuing her passion for swimming later in life and after her high school career.
