Jayda Alholm-Season-Career Results 

2023-24: Competed in ten meets, recording twelve top-eight finishes ... competed in the MIAC Championships, setting career-bests in the 500 Y Free (5:47.15), the 1000 Y Free (12:22.88), the 1650 Y Free (20:36.90), the 50 Y Breast (34.59), and the 100 Y Breast (1:16.16) ... won the 1000 Y Free at the HAM vs. CSB/SJU invitational in 12:34.71 ... set a career-best in the 200 Y Free in 2:08.73 at the Rochester Invite. 

High School: Alholm is a 2023 graduate from Little Falls High School. While at school, she swam for six years and played basketball for one year. Her accomplishments in swimming included, receiving the Team Spirit Award (2019, 2020, and 2021), Workhorse Award (2021 and 2022), Team MVP (2021 and 2022), and Team Captain (2021, 2022). Alholm's proudest moments of her career consist of being named team captain her junior and senior year of high school, along with breaking five minutes in the 500 freestyle during her sophomore year of high school. 

Personal: Jayda is the daughter of Julie and Shawn Alholm; she has two twin brothers, Joe, and Blake. In her free time, Jayda enjoys swimming, sewing, and fishing. While at CSB, she is majoring in Elementary Education.
