2021-22: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 200, 500 and 1,650 free style races ... finished 26th in the mile and top 35 in the 200 and 500 ... swam a career-best 1,000 split during the mile at the conference meet ... recorded nine top-10 finishes.

2020-21: Named the team's Most Improved as a junior ... recorded career-best times in the 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 1,650 freestyle races in her second season with the Bennies ... four of those five career-bests came in the final meet of the shortened season at the St. Kate's Quad ... recorded one top-five finish and four individual top-10 finishes.

2019-20: Competed in seven meets in her first season with the team ... wrapped up her season with a trio of career-best times in the 50, 100 and 200 free at the Minnesota Challenge ... recorded four top-10 finishes, including a fourth-place finish in the 1,000 free against St. Olaf.

High School: Hayley is a 2018 graduate of Wayzata High School and was a member of the swim team for four years.
 
Personal: Hayley is the daughter of Stacey and David Davison. She is a psychology major and in her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, hiking, shopping, and swimming. She loves being a collegiate student-athlete because she has met many friends who push her to work hard every day at practices and in the classroom.
