2017-18: Qualified for the MIAC Championship in the 50 and 100 free and 100 backstroke ... finished 24th in the 50 free, 26th in the 100 free, 21st in the 100 back ... part of the 400 medley relay team that took sixth and recorded the 10th-best time in CSB history ... swam career-best times in the 50 and 100 free ... competed in nine meets ... finished in the top-10 22 times ... finished second seven times. 

2016-17: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and 100 and 200 backstroke ... finished 17th in the 100 backstroke and in the top 25 in both other races ... recorded 12 top-five finishes as a junior, including a runner-up finish in the 100 backstroke at the Gustavus dual.

2015-16: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50 free and 100 and 200 backstroke ... finished in the top 30 in all three events ... swam a career-best 100 back time (1:01.60) at the conference meet ... part of the 400 medley relay team that swam the fourth-best time in school history ... recorded 15 top-10 finishes and won two events as a sophomore.

2014-15: First season ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50, 100 and 200 backstroke and 50 freestyle ... took sixth in the 50 back ... also finished 14th in the 100 back, 15th in the 200 back and 27th in the 50 free ... swam career bests in all four races ... won four events, including the 50 and 100 back at the St. Kate's Invite on Jan. 31 ... part of the ninth-best 200 medley relay team (1:52.70) and fifth-best 400 medley relay squad (4:04.86) in CSB history.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Litchfield High School, Ridgeway participated in swimming and hockey for six years and golf for four. She was a four-year participant in the state swim meet and earned five all-conference academic honors. She finished in the top 16 at state twice. In hockey, Ridgeway was part of a team that made it to the state tournament and she earned four academic all-conference awards. She was a Hobey Baker award recipient. She also earned all-conference honors twice in golf.

Personal: Ridgeway is the daughter of Jennifer and Nick Ridgeway of Litchfield, Minn. She enjoys hunting, being with friends and going to sporting events. She is a biology major with a psychology minor.
