Ella Kowalczyk-Season-Career Results 

2023-24: Competed in nine meets, recording seventeen top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Championships, taking 8^th place in the 3M Diving (11) (321.50) and 10^th place in the 1M Diving (11) (305.70) ... recorded a pair of 2^nd place finishes in the 1M Diving (6) (200.25) and the 3M Diving (6) (190.70) at the CSB vs Macalester vs SJU meet … won the 1M Diving (6) (195.60) and took 2^nd place in the 3M Diving (6) (180.40) at the HAM vs CSB/SJU meet. 

High School: Kowalczyk is a 2023 graduate from Minneapolis Southwest High School. While at school, she was a part of the diving team for four years, the gymnastics team for two years, and the track & field team for one year. Her accomplishments in swimming include, being a four time varsity letter winner (2019-2023), two time All-Conference & Regular Season Champion (2022-2023), two time MSHSL State Participant (2022-2023). In gymnastics. Kowalczyk also received All Section Honors (2022). Her proudest moment in her career was coming back from a severe sprain injury and making it to the MSHSL State Competition in diving twice. 

Personal: Ella is the daughter of Angela and Philip Kowalczyk; she has one sister, Kate Kowalczyk. In her free time, she enjoys singing and being a part of choir. While at CSB, Ella is majoring in Exercise Science and intends to be Pre-Physical Therapy. Her favorite part about being a collegiate student-athlete is being a part of the strong community and support system.
