Biography
High School: A 2008 graduate of Edina High School, Triggs was coached by Jeff Mace and participated in swimming and diving (four years), track and field (three years) and nordic skiing (two years) during her athletic career at Edina High School. Triggs was named captain of the track and field, nordic ski, and swimming and diving teams. She received All-American and All-State honors as a junior and senior and was a three-time swimming and diving All-Conference selection. Triggs was All-Conference in track and field and received All-Conference honorable mention in nordic skiing.
Personal: Triggs is the daughter of Katie and Jim Triggs of Edina, MN. Her brother Kyle attended SJU. She enjoys running, dancing, and playing with Gus Gus. Triggs is majoring in elementary education.

200 IM: 2:11.8, 100 Free: 53.9, 200 Free: 1:57.5
What is your proudest moment of your career?
“Sophomore year at conference breaking the 200 IM record along with breaking the 200, 400, 800 free relays with my Blazers.”
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
“The best thing about being a collegiate student-athlete is being able to be a part of something I love with amazing women. It's something I'll miss the most after graduating St. Ben's.”
