Biography
2016-17: Competed in four meets as a junior before studying abroad in the spring ... recorded three top-15 finishes.
2015-16: Competed in six meets as a sophomore ... swam a career-best in the 50 freestyle (27.58) at the Minnesota Challenge.
2014-15: Swam in five meets as a first year ... swam a season-best in the 50 (27.80) and season-bests in the 100 (1:01.52) and 200 (2:12.97) freestyle races ... recorded three top-10 finishes.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Newbury Park High School, Stark participated in water polo for three years and was on the swim team. She received academic awards in both swimming and water polo all four years and won the coaches award (water polo) in 2013 and 2014.
Personal: Stark is the daughter of Julie Ziegler and Jeff Stark of Camarillo, Calif. She enjoys painting, sketching, reading good books and traveling. She is majoring in psychology with a minor in art.
