MIAC Athlete of the Week | Feb. 4, 2019

2020-21: Played in two games as a senior in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... finished with 25 saves and a .806 save percentage in 60 minutes in the net.

2019-20: Saw time in the net in five games ... finished the year with 100 saves and a .926 save percentage ... led the team with a 1.60 goals-against average ... recorded a season-best 29 saves against Augsburg.

2018-19: Appeared in net in 13 games ... finished season third in the MIAC with .923 save percentage and had 324 saves ... recorded 700:13 minutes in net. 

2017-18: Named the team's Most Improved at the end of the season ... appeared in net in 15 games ... finished season with .905 save percentage and fourth in the MIAC with 458 saves ... posted 40-plus saves four times on the season, including a 45-save performance in CSB's 3-2 win over Bethel in January. 

High School: Medved is a 2017 graduate of Totino-Grace High School. She ran one year of track and played four years of hockey. She was awarded all-conference honors and the Minnesota All-State Senior Academic Award in 2017. Her proudest moment was being selected to participate in the USA Hockey Player Development National Camp two years in a row.

Personal: Kailee is the daughter of Mike and Ludy Medved and her sister, Kacee, played four years of varsity hockey at CSB from 2013-17. She enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, and is excited to be on an amazing team with a great group of girls. She is a biology major with a psychology minor on the pre-dental track.
