MIAC Athlete of the Week | Jan. 31, 2022

2023-24: Played in 25 games…one goal, nine assists (second on the team)…62 shots…46 blocks (first on the team).

2022-23: Played in all 26 games as a sophomore... earned All- MIAC First team honors... finished the season with 6 goals including three game winning goals, nine assists, 64 shots on net, and 25 blocked shots.

2021-22: Played in all 22 games as a first year...earned All-MIAC First Team and MIAC All-Rookie Team honors...led the team in assists and points for the season with 12 assists and 17 points, second in the MIAC for defenseman in both assists and points...recorded her first collegiate assist against UW-Eau Claire on Oct. 29... scored her first collegiate goal against Concordia Wisconsin on Nov. 5...finished the season with five goals and 50 shots on net...recorded 18 blocked shots.

High School: Jenna graduated from Maple Grove in 2021. While she there, she played hockey for four years, lacrosse for three and soccer for one. Jenna earned all-conference and all-state honorable mention hockey honors in 2020, and all-conference honorable mention in 2019 and 2021. Her proudest moment was making her varsity team freshman year.

Personal: Jenna is the daughter of Rob and Cindy and has one brother, Coby.  Jenna’s hobbies and interests are sports. Jenna is a finance major. What Jenna likes about being a collegiate student athlete is that it gives her the opportunity to continue her sport along with her education.
