College of Saint Benedict

2020-21: Did not compete as a first year in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic.

High School: Snyder is a 2020 graduate of White Bear Lake High School where she played hockey for four seasons and competed in track for two seasons. Her hockey accomplishments include all-conference honorable mention each year from 2018-20 and her team’s Defensive Player of the Year Award as a senior. She was named the White Bear Lake Student-Athlete of the Month in 2020 and she earned all-conference honorable mention track honors in 2017. Snyder’s proudest moment of her hockey career was participating in the MN State High School Hockey Tournament her junior year.
 
Personal: Avery is the daughter of Ginny and Steve Snyder and she has one sibling, Kailee. She enjoys playing running, playing hockey, and helping with the youth girls hockey program. She is looking forward to being a first-year collegiate athlete while majoring in elementary education at CSB.
