2016-17: Started and played in seven games as a first year ... went 1-4 in net ... recorded 175 saves and finished with a .879 save percentage ... played 358:01 minutes and finished the year with a goals-against average of 4.02 ... recorded a career-high 40 saves against Concordia on Nov. 12.

High School: Jost is a 2016 graduate of Alexandria High School where she played both hockey and softball for four years. She earned all-conference honorable mention hockey honors her freshman year and all-conference accolades as a junior and senior. Jost and her high school hockey team made the state tournament all four years of her high school career. She also earned all-conference softball honors her senior season.

Personal: Jost is the daughter of Debbie and Rob Jost, and she has two brothers: Alex and Aaron, and a sister, April. She enjoys hiking and being with friends, and plans to major in elementary education.
