CAREER -- Played in a total of 51 games with 2767 total minutes... had the best overall career GAA of all CSB goalies of 2.78... 1264 total saves... the best overall career save percentage of all CSB goalies of .908... she had a final record of 15-22-1... finished with six career  shutouts... got both, All-MIAC honorable mention and rookie of the year her first year... her senior year, she finished second in the MIAC for saves with 516 , fifth in the MIAC for GAA with 2.36 and eighth in the MIAC for save percentage with a .910.

2022-2023: Saw time in net in 24 games and started in 23 as a senior... recorded a season high 42 saves against Augsburg on Feb. 25... and recorded first career assist on Feb. 3 against Saint Mary's... finished the season with 516 saves, a .910 save percentage, and an all-time CSB goalie record of four shutouts.

2021-22: Saw time in net in nine games and started in eight as a junior...recorded a season-high 45 saves against UW-River Falls...finished with 228 saves and a .877 save percentage. 

2020-21: Saw time in net in four games and started in two as a sophomore in a season that was shortened and played in Winter 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... recorded a career-best 46 saves in the team's first game of the year against Hamline ... finished with 117 saves and a .900 save percentage.

2019-20: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention as a first year ... also named the team's Rookie of the Year ... finished fifth in the MIAC with 403 saves ... also finished sixth in the league with a .926 save percentage ... finished the year 5-5-1 - the most wins for a CSB goalie since 2015-16 ... stopped a career-high 40 shots on Feb. 14 in a loss to Gustavus ... stopped 28 shots on Feb. 8 to help CSB upset St. Thomas ... recorded 30 or more saves seven times.

High School: Ally is a 2019 graduate of Breck School and played hockey for four years. In 2017, she earned all-conference honorable mention and in 2018 she earned all-state honorable mention.
 
Personal: Ally is the daughter of Sandra Gallagher and Nathan Frantzick and is an exercise and health science major at CSB/SJU. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time on the lake and being with her friends and family. Ally enjoys being a collegiate student-athlete because she can play a game that she loves with great people.
