College of Saint Benedict Athletics

2021-22: Competed in all seven tournaments as a first year ... finished 27th at the 2021 MIAC Championships after shooting a career-low 76 in the third round ... tied for 17th at the UW-Eau Claire Invite in September .... shot a low two-round total of 165 at the DIII Classic.

High School: Boerboom is a 2021 graduate of Forest Lake High School where she played hockey for five years and participated in golf for four years. She earned all-conference honors in 2021 for both hockey and golf. She was also awarded all-conference honorable mention for hockey in 2019 and attended three state tournaments in 2018, 2019, 2021. Her proudest moment was getting two hole-in-ones during two different high school tournaments. 

Personal: Sami is the daughter of Jean and Joel Boerboom and she has one sister, Noelle. In her free time, Sami enjoys hanging with friends and family, going to the lake in the summer and hanging on the ice in the winter. She is most excited to be a collegiate student-athlete because she is able to play the sport she loves and represents that as a Bennie. Her major is in Global Business Leadership and she also plays on the CSB hockey team.
