2022-23: Received Academic All-MIAC honors … competed in three tournaments as a sophomore … competed at the 2022 Division III Classic where she shot 90 in both rounds and finished with a career-low two round score of 180 … combined team score of 645 at the DIII Classic tied for 10
th in CSB history … best finish was at the CSB Invite where she shot a season-low 86 in the first round.
2021-22: Competed in 11.5 rounds as a first year ... finished tied for 45th at the MIAC Championships ... shot a career-low 85 in the first round of the Georgianni Invite ... finished with a career-low two-round score of 182 and tied for 29th.
High School: Strunk is a 2021 graduate of Blooming Prairie High School. She was involved in volleyball for eight years, softball for six years, and golf for three years. For volleyball she won most improved and broke her high school's record for serving accuracy of 100 percent. In golf, she earned all-conference and was named team MVP in 2019. In 2021, she was awarded all-conference, Golfer of the Year, and was a MSHSL State participant. Her proudest moment was attending the state tournament.
Personal: Halle is the daughter of Susan and Kyle Strunk. Her siblings are Trent, Ethan, and Elly. In her free time, Halle enjoys golfing, baking, and working out. She is most excited to be a collegiate student athlete because she gets to have a new team and play golf at a more competitive level. Her major is in Elementary Education.
