2024-25: Catherine was named Athlete of the Week for the week of September 16th. At the St. Kates Fall invite, Jance scored a 75-75 leaving her at 7th place on the meet. Durng the spring season, things continued to get better. Jance scored 73-74 at the Gustie Spring Invite, earning a 2nd place finish. This was her first career title. She then goes on to score a 73 at the BU Rumble at the Ridge meet and tied for the title. With back to back victories, she is the second in Bennie history to achieve this. Jance was awarded both the Academic All Conference Award and the Athletic All Conference Award. 

2023-24: Averaged 83.6 on 14 rounds with 1,170 strokes...finished 10th with a round of 81 at the Rumble at the Ridge....was 30th at the MIAC Championships in fall 2023 with a 45-over round of 261 (84-86-91)...had a season-best round of 80 and two-round total of 161 at the CSB Invite on Sept. 3.

High School: Attended Hopkins (Minn.) High School...competed in golf three years...earned all-conference honors in 2021 and 2022...served as team captain in golf in 2022. 

Personal: Daughter of Tom and Deb Jance...has a brother John...biology (pre-medicine) major.
