Biography
2018: Did not compete as a first year.
High School: Marla graduated from Minnetonka High School in 2018. She participated in both cross country and track and field for six years. She has received the Anchor award, Compass Award, and is a two-time Rookie of the Year, six-time all-conference and three-time all-conference honorable mention athlete. She won three state titles, including the 4x800 relay title her first year and senior seasons. She also finished runner-up at the state meet. Bailey also participated in club basketball. The proudest moment of her career so far was qualifying for state cross country in seventh grade and then winning the 4x800 relay with her team freshman and senior year.
Personal: Marla is the daughter of John Bailey and Sophia Johnson. She has one brother, Nate. In her free time she enjoys painting, dogs, and baking. She plans to major in nursing and minor in nutrition at CSB/SJU.
