Biography
2017: Competed in two events as a senior.
2016: Studied abroad and did not compete.
2015: Competed in four meets as a sophomore ... ran a career-best 4K and took 30th in 17:50 at the Alumnae Meet ... also ran a career-best 6K (26:54.9) at Carleton.
2014: Appeared in six meets as a first year ... finished in the top 40 twice ... ran a career-best 5K in 22:124 at the Luther Invite ... finished in a season-best 6K time of 27:39 at the Blugold Invite.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Totino-Grace High School, Sedesky participated in cross country (five years), track and field (five years) and hockey (four years) during her career. She was all-conference in cross country.
Personal: Sedesky is the daughter of Chris and Joe Sedesky of Coon Rapids, Minn. She enjoys photography, running, and reading. She is undecided on a major.
