Keiley Maahs-Season-Career Results

2023: Maahs competed in six meets as a senior and recorded three top-50 finishes. In the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships, she recorded a 76th place finish with a 6k time of 23:43.3. Maahs also competed in the MIAC Championships where she recorded a 23rd place finish and ran a career-best 6k with a time of 23:20.9, the 28th fastest time in school history. She earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors with her performance in the MIAC Championships. Maahs also competed in the Toni St. Pierre Invitational, where she ran a career-best 5k in 19:31.0, earning 4th place and recording the 46th fastest 5k time in school history. 

2022: Maahs competed in six meets as a junior, taking 20th at the CSB/SJU triangular with a 5k time of 21:17.4. She competed in the MIAC Conference Championships, finishing with a 6k time of 25:49.8. Maahs recorded a 6k season best at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational with a time of 24:23.1. She received the Academic All-MIAC award for the 2022 cross country season. 

2021: Competed in four meets as a sophomore ... took 6th at the SCSU Tri on Sept. 4 in a career-best 6K time of 25:03 ... also took 25th at Luther in a career-best 5K time of 20:45.05. 

2020: Did not compete as the official 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID19 pandemic and condensed into a short season in March 2021.

High School: A 2020 graduate of Wayzata High School, Maahs ran cross country for three years and competed in track and field for four years. She earned academic all-state track honors, the 2020 Wayzata Athletic Department Distinguished Scholar Athlete Award, and received a letter award for track and cross country. She is most proud of challenging herself and improving her teammates during high school. 

Personal: The daughter of Kerry and Chuck Maahs, Keiley has three siblings: Peyton, Devin, and Tyler. Her hobbies include hiking, skiing, and reading. Her favorite part about being a collegiate student-athlete is teaching herself how to balance a schedule and challenging herself. She also loves spending time with her teammates and doing something they all love. She is a computer science major.
