Isa Kraabel-Season-Career Results

2023: Kraabel competed in six meets, including the MIAC Championships where she set a new career-best with a 6k time of 27:03.1. At the Fall Finale, Kraabel recorded a 5k career-best with a time of 23:06, earning 25th place. Kraabel also competed in the Connecticut College Invitational, where she recorded a 6k time of 27.11.1. 

2022: Competed in four meets: the CSB/SJU Triangular with a 5k time of 27:00.4, the Hamline Invitational with a 5.9k time of 29:29.8, the Griak Invitational with a 6k time of 31:08.9, and the MIAC Conference Championships with a 6k time of 30:35.4. 

High School: A 2022 graduate from Mounds View High School in Minnesota, Kraabel participated in cross country and track and field for four seasons. She was a part of the H.E.A.R.T. Club, an Executive Board Member, and a Mustang Mentor. Her awards include Academic Award (CC 2018,19,20,21/ TF 2019,20,21,22) and Varsity Letter Award (CC and TF 2022). The proudest moment of her career so far was running one of her best races as a senior in high school; she was able to see all of her hard work put into action and set a new personal best time.
 
Personal: The daughter of Heather Gustafson and Nick Kraabel, Isabel has six siblings, Liz, Ana, Mya K., Camryn, Riley, and Mya I. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, crafting, watching TV and movies, running, and listening to music. While at CSB, she is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Communication. Isabel likes being a collegiate student-athlete because of the supportive community and great connections, friendships, and opportunities gained through college sports.
