Emily Koch-Season-Career Results

2023: Koch competed in six meets over the course of the season, including the MIAC Championships, where she recorded a time of 29:08.9. At the Connecticut College Invitational, she ran a career-best 6k with a time of 28:40.2. At the Fall Finale, Koch ran a 23:34 5k to earn 26th place.

High School: A 2023 graduate of Rogers High School, Koch participated in softball for three years and track and field for two years. She earned a varsity letter in track in 2022 and 2023, and in softball she received the Gold Glove Award in 2018. The proudest moment of her high school career was when she set a new personal best in the 300m hurdles during her senior year. 

Personal: The daughter of Ashley and Erich Koch, Emily enjoys running, going on walks, hanging out with friends, watching the sunset, and enjoying time outside. She is an exercise major at CSB. Emily likes being a collegiate student-athlete because everyone in her sport loves it as much as she does. She also loves the team's atmosphere and work ethic, and the way they support each other constantly.
