Brian Sebera

Years at CSB: 2nd season

Brian Sebera joins the Blazers as an assistant cross country and track and field coach full time in 2013, after working with each team part-time during the 2012-13 season.
 
Prior to CSB, Sebera coached both men’s and women’s track and field at St. Cloud State University from 2005-2012, including serving as interim head coach during the 2011-2012 season in both cross country and track and field. While at SCSU, Sebera oversaw multiple facets of the program, including recruiting, coaching, fundraising, and staff management.
 
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in recreation and sports management from St. Cloud State University in 2005 and completed his Master’s degree in 2007. He is currently pursuing his educational doctorate in higher education administration with an anticipated completion date in the spring of 2014. During his tenure at St. Cloud State, Sebera competed in track and field from 2000-2004.
 
Sebera brings a wealth of coaching accomplishments to the Blazers. He has already proven his success in the MIAC, mentoring nine MIAC place winners. During his time at SCSU, Sebera coached one national champion along with 33 NCAA Division II All-Americans and 42 national qualifiers.
