Annie Kiolbasa-Season-Career Results

2023: Kiolbasa competed in six meets, including the NCAA Divison III Cross Country Championships, where she ran a 6k time of 22:49.2. At the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships, she recorded a 18th place finish with a 6k time of 22:24.7. With this performance, Kiolbasa earned All-Region honors. She also competed in the MIAC Championships, where she earned All-MIAC honors with a 13th place finish in 22:39.9. At the Connecticut College Invitational, Kiolbasa recorded a 23rd place finish and a career-best 6k time of 22:09.0, the 3rd fastest 6k time in school history. At the Toni St. Pierre Invitational, she ran a career-best 5k with a time of 18:41.4, earning 2nd place, the 8th fastest time in school history. Kiolbasa placed within the top 25 competitors in six races during the season.

2022: Kiolbasa competed in seven meets, including the NCAA Division III North Region Cross Country Championships, where she ran a career best 6k (23:10.0). She also competed in the MIAC Conference Championships, placing 15th with a 6k time of 23:43.5. She recorded three top-20 finishes. 

High School: A 2020 graduate from Stillwater Area High School in Minnesota, Kiolbasa was on the cross-country team for four seasons and the track and field team for three seasons. Her awards include, varsity letters in both sports all seasons, receiving Cross Country All-Conference during her sophomore year, and placing fifth at the section track and field meet during her junior year. The proudest moment of her career so far is when she took almost a minute off of her 5k time during her freshman year of college.
 
Personal: The daughter of Camille and Paul Kiolbasa, Annie has two siblings named Edward and Emily who attended CSB. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family. She majors in Biology at CSB. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because it allows her to continue to improve at her sport while having competitions and goals to work towards. Annie is enjoys having a community that enjoys running as much as she does.
