College of Saint Benedict Athletics

2018: Ran in six races as a junior ... finished fifth at the Twin Cities Twilight to start the season ... finished 30th in Colorado, and top 81 at the Auggie Invite and Eau Claire Invite.

2017: Completed in eight events in her sophomore season ... improved her career-best 4K (15:44) and 6K (21:03.93) times ... finished second at the CSB Alumnae Meet ... finished 15th at the Bob Waxlax Invite in St. Cloud. 

2016: Competed in seven meets as a first year ... finished in the top 30 at three meets, including a sixth-place finish at Fall Finale ... also took 12th at the Alumnae Meet ... recorded a career-best 4K time of 16:40 at the Alumnae Meet ... also recorded a career-best 5K (20:13) and 6K (25:57.8) time.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Holdingford High School, Ruprecht participated in cross country and track for six years. She received all-conference honors in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015. Ruprecht qualified for state from 2011 to 2015. She was a part of the second cross country team in her school’s history to win sections.
 
Personal: Alli is the daughter of Heidi and John Ruprecht, and her mom works in the office of communications and marketing as a web designer at CSB|SJU. In her free time, Alli enjoys rollerblading, buying CDs, and reading Harry Potter. Ruprecht is currently undecided on a major and she also competes on the CSB track and field team.
