Biography
2016: Competed in seven races for CSB as a sophomore in 2016 ... recorded a career-best 4K time of 15:23 at the Alumnae Meet ... ran a career-best 5K time of 19:11.6 in Oregon, good for 19th in CSB history ... finished in the top-10 twice ... finished in the top 50 at the MIAC Championships ... earned Academic All-MIAC honors.
2015: First season with the CSB cross country team ... competed in six races ... finished fifth at the Alumnae Meet on Sept. 26 ... also finished in the top 30 at the Carleton Invite (19th), National Catholic JV Invite (25th) ... took 28th at her first MIAC Championships Oct. 31 ... ran the 23rd-best 6K time in school history at the Tori Neubauer Invite (23:32.26).
High School: A 2015 graduate of St. Peter High School, Borgmeier participated in cross country for four years and track and field for three years. She qualified for the state cross country meet as a sophomore and a senior, and earned all-conference accolades as a junior. Borgmeier also qualified for the state track meet in 2014.
Personal: Borgmeier is the daughter of Peggy and Jeff Borgmeier. She enjoys running, reading and soccer, and plans to major in biology at CSB|SJU. She also competes on the CSB track and field team.
