Kaytlin Kuefler begins her fifth season as an assistant coach with the CSB basketball program in 2020-21. This is not her first coaching stint, as she has coached with the Minnesota Comets AAU basketball team for five years with the ninth-grade and 11
th-grade teams.

In her first four seasons with the CSB basketball program, Kuefler has helped the team to a 64-41 overall record and a trip to the NCAA Tournament - its first since 2008-09. Saint Benedict has finished fourth or better in the MIAC in three of Kuefler's first four years with the team.
Kuefler, an Annandale native, played three years of Division II basketball at St. Cloud State before injuries cut her career short. At Annandale High School, she earned Wright County All-Conference honors for three years, and was named to the 5AA All-Section team for two years. She also earned all-state honors and was the MVP of the Minnesota Coaches Association All-Star Game.
Kuefler was a two-time captain in high school, and earned St. Cloud Times and KDUZ All-Area First Team honors. She is the Annandale girls’ basketball all-time leading scorer with 1,537 points, and was a member of the top Minnesota Fury Elite AAU team for three years.
Kuefler also participated in tennis for four years where she earned all-conference honors three times and was a four-time MVP. She participated in the state meet all four years, and took fourth twice individually and was part of the runner-up team.
This year, Kuefler will also coach the 11th-grade Minnesota Comets AAU team. She graduated from St. Cloud State in December 2017 with a degree in elementary education and a minor in middle grades mathematics. She is currently teaching sixth grade at the Sartell Middle School.
