High School:  2012 graduate of Coon Rapids High School … five-year starter on the Cardinal softball team coached by Jamie Holoien … Most Improved Player during her sophomore year and was named Captain during her senior year.

Personal:  Daughter of Kathy and Jim Besst … has two sisters, Kelly and Anika … majoring in Psychology.
