Biography
High School: A 2010 graduate of Rocori High School, Svihel was coached by Brian Athmann and participated in basketball (four years) and softball (three years) during her athletic career at Rocori. Svihel is a three-time All Conference selection in softball and was also named All Area twice, All Section three times, and All-State First Team once. She is a two-time All Conference selection in basketball.
Personal: Svihel is the daughter of Jill and Randy Svihel of St. Cloud, MN. She enjoys playing sports, wakeboarding, being outside, and being around animals. Svihel is a nutrition major with a minor is sports medicine.
What is your proudest moment of your career?
"As the underdog in the 2010 State Tournament, beating the No. 2 and No. 3 ranked teams in Class AA."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"Getting a great education while being able to play the sport that I love."
