2009:  A returning pitcher for CSB … worked hard in the offseason to get stronger … will be needed to pitch some innings this season.

2008: Appeared in eight games for CSB … made seven starts as a pitcher … compiled 22.2 innings on the mound … scored four runs for the Blazers.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Jordan High School, Althoff was coached by Bryan Martin … participated in softball (four years) during her athletic career at Jordan High School … named team MVP of her softball team … captained the Jordan High School softball team her senior year … member of the Jordan softball team that were Minnesota River Conference Co-Champions in 2007 … recorded a 9-3 conference pitching record her senior year … named to the All-Minnesota River Conference softball team … named to the All-State Academic softball team.

Personal: Daughter of Gloria and Randy Althoff of Jordan, Minn. … enjoys attending baseball games, listening to country music, taking trips with her family, reading and going camping … majoring in psychology.

Proudest moment of her softball career: “I like the change of pace in my schedule,  going from academics to a sport demands that you give full attention to what is in front of you..”

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? “I love sharing a field with my classmates who have many different experiences I can learn from.”
