Biography
2020: Did not see any playing time before the 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID19 pandemic.
High School: Sickler is a 2019 graduate of Rosemount High School where she participated in softball for six years. She earned varsity letters for softball each year from 2015-19. She received the Scholar Athlete Award from 2017-19 and all-conference honors in 2019. Her proudest moment was beating the No. 2 seed in her section her senior year of high school.

Personal: Hailey is the daughter of Julie and Chad Sickler and is a nursing major. She enjoys sports, reading and animals.
