2018: Played in 41 games and started 39 ... batted .182 in 55 appearances at the plate ... finished with nine runs and 10 hits... recorded one double and five RBIs ... had 28 putouts from right field.

2017: Started and played in 33 games as a first year ... batted .284 ... finished with 23 hits and six RBIs ... recorded one double ... had 23 putouts from right field.

High School: Monroe is a 2016 graduate of Eastview High School. She played softball (five years) and tennis (one year). Monroe received all-conference honorable mention honors in 2014 and 2015, and all-conference honors in 2016. In her senior year, she participated in both the Senior All-Star Series and the Border Battle All-Star game. Monroe also was an Academic All-State and Academic All-American. Monroe was the team’s captain her senior year.
 
Personal: Hailey is the daughter of Suzy and Trevor Monroe. She has one sister, Brittney. In her spare time, Hailey enjoys snowboarding, playing tennis and golf, and watching Major League Baseball. While at CSB/SJU, Hailey plans to major in nursing.
