Biography

2025: Earned her third straight All-MIAC honor...also named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team for a second straight year....was named Academic All-MIAC iin 2025 for a second straight year... finished with a team-high 12 wins (12-7), which was fifth in the league and had 13 complete games, three shutouts, 21 starts and 25 appearances while compiling an ERA of 3.17 and a 1.31 WHIP ...recorded 73 strikeouts (8th, MIAC) in 130.1 innings (3rd, MIAC) in 2025....with a .251 opponents' batting average,  was fifth in the MIAC.....career numbers included a 2.88 ERA in 360 career innings and nine shutouts, ranking sixth all-time at CSB in both categories...has 40 career wins for fifth in school history and her 70 appearances is seventh all-time at CSB....her 60 starts  is fifth in school history...also has 36 complete games for seventh all-time in program history.

2024: Named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team...named just the second MIAC Pitcher of the Year in program history, joining Ally Hjort in 2018...in earning All-MIAC honors for a second straight year, compiled a 15-6 record, recorded 103 strikeouts, with 3.11 earned run average...had 12 complete games and three shutouts in 2024...ranks second for a season in program history with her 23 starts and 29 appearances while recording a program-best 137.1 innings...with 15 wins ranks tied for fifth all-time with Ally Hjort (2019), and Angie Erickson (1999, 2000)...in MIAC play was dominant with a 10-1 record with eight complete games, three shutouts and a league-leading 1.32 earned run average...had a 1.01 WHIP, allowed just five extra base hits and no home runs in 12 starts and 14 appearances while recording 58 strikeouts (2nd, MIAC).

2023: Earned All MIAC honors and was the MIAC Pitcher of the week on April 24...had an ERA of 2.12 (second on the team, fourth in the MIAC) and a record of 13-3, for a win-loss percentage of 81.25 percent (first on the team)...started in 11 games and pitched 92.1 innings (12th in the MIAC)...had 80 strikeouts, 24 with the batters looking, (fifth in the MIAC) and allowed 25 walks, 62 hits (first on the team, and eighth in the MIAC, and 29 runs (first on the team, third in the MIAC)...had 30 chances, nine putouts from the plate, and a fielding percentage of 1.000.

High School: 2022 graduate of St. Anthony Village High School...participated in softball for six years...softball awards include All-Conference (2019, 2021, 2022), All-Section (2019, 2021, 2022), All State First Team (2021, 2022), All Metro Second Team (2021, 2022), Team MVP (2021, 2022), and team defensive MVP (2019, 2022)...proudest moment of her career is going to state both her junior and senior seasons. 
 
Personal: Daughter of Sara and Jeff (SJU graduate) Peterson... has one sibling, Jac...studying exercise science and Hispanic studies.enjoy.s walking her dogs, water skiing, and reading in her free time.
