College of Saint Benedict

Tyler Thomes begins his seventh season with the College of Saint Benedict softball team in 2023. He joined the program as an assistant coach in 2017. He works mainly with the team's outfielders.

Thomes - who has been playing men's fastpitch softball since 2007 - coached football, girls' basketball and softball in Little Falls from 2012-17. He graduated with a global business leadership degree from Saint John's in 2013, and teaches special education at St. Cloud Apollo High School.
