2021: Saw time in 11 games as a sophomore ... recorded five hits in 19 at-bats ... also recorded four RBIs and had a double and a triple.

2020: Played in five games as a first year before the 2020 season was canceled due to the COVID19 pandemic ... went 2-for-3 with a double in a win over Muskingum ... recorded two putouts and three assists from second base.

High School: Heinen is a 2019 graduate of Rocori High School where she participated in volleyball and softball for four years. In softball she was a two-year captain, three-time all-conference (2017-19), two-time St. Cloud Times All-Area Player (2018-19), two-time all-section honoree (2018-19) and she was voted team MVP in 2019. She participated in the MN All-Star Series in 2019, she was CLC player of the week, a Top 75 Junior Player in 2018, a Super 100 Senior Player in 2019, and a member of the Becker Tournament All-Tournament Team in 2018-19.
 
Personal: Caitlin is the daughter of Jen and Greg Heinen and she is a psychology major. She enjoys being with friends and family, playing sports and watching HULU.
