Biography
2009: A physically strong first-year player … will be a backup infielder for the Blazers.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Melrose High School, Mueller was coached by Jeff Birch … participated in softball (four years), tennis (four years), and basketball (two years) … named the softball team’s most valuable offensive player in 2008 … a three-time All West Central Conference tennis player … state tennis participant in 2005 and 2006 … also received All State Academic in tennis … selected as team captain in softball and tennis.
Personal: Daughter of Karen and Dave Mueller of Freeport, MN … enjoys being outdoors, playing tennis and softball, and spending time with family … undecided on a major.
Proudest moment of her softball career: “Making the softball team at CSB and becoming a better person on an off the field.”
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete? “I like meeting new people and being involved.”
