Who is one of your female role models and share one attribute that you wish to model after? 

My grandma.  She is one of the most determined people I know and never gives up, two things I hope to model after her.

What leadership practice is your strongest (model the way, inspire a shared vision, encourage the heart, challenge the process, enable others to act)? Give an example of how you demonstrate leadership in that way. 

I think the leadership practice I am strongest at is by modeling the way. Everyday at swim practice, I would always try and add a little humor to the beginning of practice because sometimes it was hard to get excited for practice after a long day of school. I always tried to stay positive at swim meets and encourage others to do their best, hoping that others would do the same.
