High School: A 2009 graduate of South Eugene High School, Goodman was coached by Terry Smith...participated in nordic skiing (four years), cross country (three years), track and field (three years)...honored as an athletic scholar four times for nordic skiing...member of the relay team that won state in 2009...individually finished third at the state meet.

Personal: Daughter of Anne Christensen and Dave Goodman...enjoys cross country skiing, down hill skiing, running, rock climbing, slack lining, camping, hiking, back packing, swimming, kayaking, being outside in general, reading, watching movies, hanging with friends, and exploring...majoring in english literature with minors in education and coaching.

What is the proudest moment of your career?
"My proudest moment was after finish the state races my senior year. I had a very good season and it was from the effort that I put in. No one told me to ski harder or train better. It all came down to me and what I wanted to accomplish and how much I was willing to put it. This was such a proud moment for me because I achieved the goals that I had set for myself and I had done it through my own determination."

What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"I really like the community. I love everyone on the team and they already feel like a family even though I have only known them for a short time. I am really looking forward to spending time and training with the team through out the season. I am really looking forward to the races as well."
