College of Saint Benedict

2017-18: Competed in 10 events as a junior ... finished in the top-10 in 22 events, including being apart of a winning freestyle relay ... recorded best individual finish at the UST Conference Invite when she finished third in the 50 free.

2016-17: Competed in four events as a junior after studying abroad in the fall ... recorded four top-10 finishes, including a seventh-place finish in the 400 free relay at the Minnesota Challenge.

2015-16: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle in her first season with the program ... finished in the top 25 in all three ... recorded 10 top-10 finishes throughout the year ... named the team's Most Improved at the end of the season.

High School: Benham was home schooled in St. Paul and came to the College of Saint Benedict after a two-and-a-half year break from swimming. After graduating in 2014, Benham received the NSLI-Y Scholarship.
 
Personal: Born to Patricia and Randall Benham in St. Paul, Minn., she enjoys traveling, adventures, swimming, beekeeping, eating and cooking in her free time. She is majoring in communication with a minor in Chinese and joined the team as a sophomore.
