2015-16: Earned All-MIAC honors after taking third in the one-meter diving competition at the MIAC Championships ... also took fourth in the three-meter competition ... recorded the second-best 3-meter (6) score (237.20), sixth-best 1-meter (110 score (362.15) and seventh-best 3-meter (11) score (376.3) as a senior ... won five events.
2014-15: Studied abroad in the fall and did not compete ... took second in the 3-meter dive at her first meet of the year on Jan. 10 ... won the 3-meter dive at the Carleton dual on Jan. 24 ... finished sixth in the 3-meter dive at the MIAC Championships ... also took eighth in the 1-meter dive ... recorded the sixth-best 1-meter (11) score at the MIAC Championships (351.90) as well as the seventh-best 3-meter (11) score (376.3) ... also recorded the second-best 3-meter (6) score in school history as a junior (235.85).
2013-14: Competed in eight meets as a sophomore ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 1- and 3-meter diving competitions ... finished ninth in both ... recorded the fifth-best 1-meter (6) dive score at the Minnesota Conference Invite on Feb. 1 (210.4) ... won the 3-meter diving competition at the Carleton dual ... finished in the top 10 in each meet she competed in.
2012-13: First season ... competed in four meets ... finished in the top six in the 1-meter dive at all four meets.
High School: A 2012 graduate of Sauk Rapids High School, Gaffy-Sanford was coached by Jon Hazen and Cassi Mrozec. She participated in diving (five years) and gymnastics (six years). She was awarded four varsity letters in diving, five varsity letters in gymnastics, and was captain of both teams. She was also All-State on beam and was Most Improved in 2008 in gymnastics.
Personal: Gaffy-Sanford is the daughter of Michelle Donner and Matthew Gaffy of Sauk Rapids, Minn. She enjoys diving and gymnastics. At CSB|SJU, she is majoring in global business leadership with a minor in communications.
