2018: OUTDOOR:
earned USTFCCCA All-Central region honors in heptathlon and 400-meter hurdles ... competed in the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon and finished 17th ... won the MIAC heptathlon title ... earned All-MIAC in the triple jump and 400 hurdles ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the 100 hurdles ... posted the second-best heptathlon mark in CSB history at the MIAC Championships ... also recorded the second-best 100-meter hurdle time in CSB history at the MIAC Championships ...competed at four other meets for CSB ... won three other events during outdoor season ... ran the second-best 200 time in CSB history ... INDOOR: won the pentathlon at the MIAC Championships ... earned All-MIAC in the triple jump and All-MIAC Honorale Mention in the 60 hurdles and the 4x200 relay ... finished seventh in the pentathlon at the Wartburg Qualifier ... won three events.

2015: First season ... named the Blazer Rookie of the Year at the end of the school year ... named the track team's Track and Field MVP ... scored in every event she competed in at the indoor and outdoor conference championships ... INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC First Team honors as part of the conference championship-winning distance medley relay ... also qualified in the triple jump and pentathlon ... took seventh in the pentathlon ... finished the year ranked eighth in the MIAC in the triple jump with a mark of 10.48 meters ... also ranked seventh in the pentathlon with a score of 2,652 ... OUTDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention in the heptathlon (fourth), 400 hurdles (fourth), triple jump (sixth) and 1,600-meter relay (sixth) ... ran the eighth-best 200 in school history (25.98) ... recorded the third-best 400 hurdle time in school history and finished ranked fourth in the MIAC (64.51) ... also recorded the seventh-best triple jump and was ranked sixth in the MIAC (10.83m) and the third-best heptathlon score in CSB history and ranked fourth in the MIAC (4,116).

High School: A 2014 graduate of Proctor High School, Sundstrom participated in track and field for six years, soccer for four, basketball for three and cross country and hockey for one. She qualified for the state meet three straight years in track and was the section champion in the triple jump and 300-meter hurdles back-to-back years. She set school records in the 300 hurdles and the 800 relay. Sundstrom earned all-conference honors in track and soccer, and was named captain of both teams.

Personal: Sundstrom is the daughter of Michelle and Mark Sundstrom and she has two brothers, Jared and Nick, and a sister, Kim. She enjoys running, soccer and art, and is majoring in psychology with minors in philosophy and art at CSB|SJU.
